Burro Buddies is a boutique donkey experience company dedicated to bringing unforgettable charm, warmth, and cuddles to weddings and milestone celebrations. Our signature offering is the Beverage Burro experience— AKA “Beer Burros” an adorable and unique twist for cocktail hour, wedding welcome, or guest mingling. Our donkeys serve as adorable, walking coolers, carrying client-provided or venue provided drinks in beautifully themed pack saddles that can be customized to your wedding colors or overall aesthetic. Whether you envision a rustic, boho, beachside, whimsical, or black-tie event, we tailor every detail to fit seamlessly into your celebration.

We also offer optional petting-style interactions for guests who want to say hello, take photos, or ask questions about the burros. While our donkeys never offer rides, they excel at mingling and creating a relaxed, joyful energy. Perfect for taking up lag times that can sometimes happen between ceremony and reception.

Our Burros

• Mable – A small spotted standard size donkey with a calm, affectionate presence
• Pickles – A miniature Mediterranean gelding who loves scratches and dressing dapper
• Lola – Our trainee born May 2025, a spotted miniature donkey, who’s nearly all white, with sweet curiosity and loves everyone, who is currently training to carry beverages
• Petey – A grey and white spotted miniature donkey who is sweet and curious and recently joined our herd.
