Premier Bride Expo Returns This Weekend to the Prime Osborn Convention Center

Wedding planning just got easier. This Sunday from 1–4 PM, the Premier Bride Expo returns to the Prime Osborn Convention Center, bringing together one of the largest collections of wedding professionals in Northeast Florida — all under one roof for one exciting afternoon.

With 100+ trusted wedding vendors, immersive experiences, and this season’s inspiring theme, “Desert Dreams,” the Premier Bride Expo is the ultimate opportunity for engaged couples to plan, compare, and connect in person.

A One-Stop Wedding Planning Experience

Whether you’re newly engaged or deep into planning, the Premier Bride Expo allows you to meet face-to-face with top wedding professionals representing every category needed for your big day. From venues and catering to beauty, entertainment, rentals, and honeymoon planning, couples can explore options, ask questions, and build their dream vendor team in a single afternoon.

Be sure to pick up a vendor map at the registration desk when you arrive. With so many professionals exhibiting, the map will help you easily locate the vendors you’re most excited to speak with and make the most of your time inside the showroom.

Desert Dreams: A Styled Experience

This expo’s theme, Desert Dreams, sets the tone with warm textures, soft neutrals, and elevated design inspiration. The Signature Cocktail Lounge, beautifully designed by PRI Productions, brings the theme to life with stylish décor and a welcoming place to relax, sip, and socialize.

Adding to the experience, the venue inflatable tent is provided by Bounce for Love, creating a fun and interactive guest experience that highlights how creative and memorable modern weddings can be.

Important Arrival Details

Tickets can be purchased online in advance for $12 or $15 at the door on event day.

Guests who purchased a VIP Elevated Ticket, custom tote bag, or wedding labels should stop by the registration tables before entering the showroom to pick up their items. This ensures a smooth entry and allows you to fully enjoy the expo experience.
